新冠肺炎疫情对护理本科新生职业认同感影响的探究

摘要:
目的 探讨新冠肺炎疫情对护理本科新生职业认同感的影响,为高校开展护理职业素质教育工作提供参考依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,于2020年2月至3月运用一般情况调查表和护生职业认同感量表对湖州师范学院2019级343名护理本科大一新生进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 护理本科新生的护生职业认同感总分为(60.46±14.28)分。多元线性回归分析表明“成为护士能否实现您的人生价值”、“疫情后您未来是否考虑转行”、“疫情是否影响您对护理职业的看法”、“若是您,是否愿意请战疫情高发地”对护理本科新生的职业认同感有显著影响(均P<0.05)。结论 护理新生职业认同感水平受到疫情等多种因素的影响,高校应该高度重视,今后可制定针对性的《护理职业素养》教育课程,以提高新生的职业认同感,为稳定未来护理人才奠定基础。

Impact of the epidemic of COVID-19 on occupational identity of freshmen of nursing

Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on the professional identity of nursing freshmen and provide reference for the reform of nursing professional accomplishment course in colleges. Methods Three hundred and forty-three nursing freshmen of grade 2019 in Huzhou University from February to March of 2020 were selected by the method of cluster sampling, and surveyed by using The General Situation Questionnaire and Nursing Students’ Occupational Identity Questionnaire. The survey results were treated with statistical analysis.Results The average score of nursing freshmen’s professional identity was 60.46±14.28. Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors including “whether to be a nurse can realize your life value”, “whether to consider a career change after the epidemic”, “whether the epidemic affects your view on nursing profession”, “if so, would you like to go to the of high epidemical incidence place” had a significant impact on the professional identity of undergraduate nursing freshmen (P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing freshmen’s professional identity is affected by the epidemic of COVID-19, which should be attached great importance to by administrators of university. In the future, the courses of nursing professional quality should be developed to improve freshmen’s professional identity and lay a foundation for stabilizing future of nursing talents.
