隔离病区规范化岗前培训在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情中的效果探析

摘要:
目的 探讨对进入新型冠状病毒肺炎隔离病区的医护人员进行规范化岗前培训的效果。方法 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情通报以来,无锡市第五人民医院迅速反应,综合分析以往应对突发公共卫生事件的经验,根据新型冠状病毒流行病学特点,修订了隔离病区规范化岗前培训手册,并对预进入隔离病区的180名医护人员进行基本知识、技能培训考核及心理干预,比较岗前培训前后医护人员基本知识掌握率、消毒隔离防护用品穿脱技能合格率以及焦虑、抑郁量表(SDS、SAS)评分。结果 通过积极落实隔离病区规范化岗前培训,医护人员基本知识掌握率(97.22%)高于培训前(67.78%);消毒隔离及防护服穿脱技能合格率(98.89%)高于培训前(60.56%);SDS评分从(0.59±0.26)分降低至(0.50±0.15)分,SAS评分从(59.44±7.12)分降低至(50.36±5.17)分,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 为应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,对进入隔离区病房的医护人员进行规范化岗前培训可以提高其基本知识和操作技能的掌握程度,通过心理干预可以降低医护人员的焦虑、抑郁心理状态,确保医护人员提供更高效的医疗护理。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of normalizedpre-job training for novel coronavirus pneumonia in isolation wards. Methods Since the epidemic of novel coronavirus broke, the Fifth Peoples Hospital of Wuxi has comprehensively summarized the experiences in dealing with public health emergencies. According to the epidemiological characteristics of new coronavirus, the standardized training manual for isolation wards was revised. And 180 medical staff planning to the isolation area were trained in basic knowledge, skills and psychological intervention. Before and after the training, the awareness rate of basic knowledge in medical staff, the qualification rate of protective equipment using, the score of anxiety and depression scale were compared between the two groups. Results The basic knowledge mastery rate of medical staff (97.22%) was higher than that before training (67.78%).The qualification rate of protective equipment using (98.89%) was higher than that before training (60.56%). SDS score reduced from (0.59±0.26) to (0.50±0.15).SAS score reduced from (59.44±7.12) to (50.36±5.17). The differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The standardized pre-job training can improve the basic knowledge and skills of medical staff. Psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression in medical staff, which ensures more efficient medical care.
