二级医院新入职护士两年规范化培训模式的探索

摘要:
目的 探索二级医院应用新入职护士(简称新护士)两年规范化培训管理模式对提高新护士综合能力的效果。方法 构建新护士两年规范化培训管理模式。选取2015年及2016年上海市浦东新区公利医院32名新入职护士作为对照组,2017年新入职的32名护士为试验组。对照组采用传统培训方式;试验组采用新护士两年规范化培训方案,给予有计划、有目标、有针对性的规范化培训。比较两组护士的理论、操作技能水平和综合能力评分。结果 试验组新护士理论知识(91.10±1.88)分、操作技能水平(92.75±3.17)分和综合能力评分(19.18±1.99)分均高于对照组(84.80±2.81、87.98±4.83、17.84±2.20),差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 二级医院新护士两年规范化培训管理模式的应用,能有效提高新护士的理论水平、技术水平和综合能力,值得在临床中推广应用。

Exploration of two-year standardized training management model for new nurses in secondary hospitals

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of the two-year standardized training model for new nurses in secondary hospitals. Methods A two-year standardized training management model for new nurses was established. Thirty-two new nurses recruited by the Gongli Hospital Affiliated to the Second Military Medical University from 2015 to 2016 were enrolled into the control group. And 32 new nurses recruited in August 2017 were enrolled into the experimental group. The nurses in control group were trained by the traditional plan who were compared to the nurses in experimental group receiving two-year standardized training. The scores of theoretical exams, operation skill and comprehensive ability between the two groups of nurses were compared. Results The scores of theoretical exams(91.10±1.88), operation skill (92.75±3.17)and comprehensive ability of new nurses(19.18±1.99)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, which were(84.80±2.81),(87.98±4.83)and(17.84±2.20), respectively. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of two-year standardized training management model for new nurses in secondary hospitals has obvious effects on reinforcement theory and comprehensive ability of new nurses, which is worthy of promoting.
