肿瘤专科护理管理者对管理岗位培训需求的调查分析

摘要:
目的 调查肿瘤专科护理管理者对岗位培训的需求,为肿瘤专科医院建立以提高护理管理人员岗位能力为基础的培训内容提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样方法,通过网络结合现场形式,于2018年1月至3月对江苏省内10家肿瘤专科医院255名护理管理人员进行问卷调查。结果 护理管理者对岗位培训需求较高,在培训形式中希望组织专题讲座与研讨,增加参观学习、经验交流、案例分享、现场观摩及情境模拟等;内容方面对新技术新业务、护理质量控制及风险管理、压力管理与情绪调控等需求较强。结论 现有培训课程尚缺针对性,应在课程形式、方法、内容方面提炼重点,及时更新、优化,形成系统化、形式灵活的肿瘤专科护理管理人员培训体系。

Investigation on the demands of training for nursing managers in specialty of oncology

Abstract:
Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the demands of on-the-job training for nursing managers majored in oncology, so as to provide basis for the establishment of training contents. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 255 nursing managers in the Department of Oncology in Jiangsu Province during January to March of 2018. Results A total of 252 valid questionnaires were collected, and the recovery rate was 98.82%. The results showed that nursing managers had a high demand for on-the-job training, seminars, visiting, exchange of experience, case study, on-the-spot observation and situational simulation were popular by nursing managers. In terms of content, there were strong demands for new technology and business, nursing quality control and risk management, stress management and emotion control. Conclusions The existing training courses are still lack of pertinence. The key points in the form should be strengthened by forming a systematic and flexible training system for oncology nursing managers.
