医学生饮食行为及营养认知的调查分析

摘要:
目的 了解医学生在校期间饮食行为和营养知识认知状况,为针对性开展健康教育工作提供依据。方法 2019年1月,采用等距抽样的调查方式抽取1 050名某医学院在校学生作为调查对象,以不记名自填问卷形式调查医学生的基本情况、饮食习惯、获取营养知识的方法及营养知识认知等。数据采用EpiData 3.0 软件进行双录入,并用 SPSS 21.0 进行统计处理。结果 收回有效问卷1 003份。采用χ2检验发现,每日食物搭配、每日饮水量、每日睡眠时长、每顿就餐时长、每周油炸食品食用频率、饮料食用习惯、运动频率等7种饮食行为在男女生之间存在差异(P<0.05)。无规律早餐习惯共有504人,占总人数的50.3%(504/1 003);经单因素分析有无规律早餐习惯在性别、年级、每晚入睡时间、每日睡眠时长、每月生活费间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用多因素Logistic分析显示,性别、年级、每月生活费、每晚入睡时间为有无规律早餐习惯的多因素影响因素。人体必须营养素种类、平衡膳食的含义、预防肥胖症的方法、预防营养缺乏症的方法、饮食卫生的含义这5类常识在男女生之间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论 医学生营养知识认知较高,但没有形成良好的饮食行为。学校需有针对性地进行健康宣教,这样更有助于学生形成良好的饮食行为。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the dietary behaviors and nutritional knowledge of medical students in school period, and provide a basis for targeted health education. Methods A survey of 1050 medical students was conducted by means of isometric sampling with anonymous questionnaires being applied, including the basic information of medical students, eating habits, methods of obtaining nutrition knowledge and cognition of nutrition knowledge, etc. Double entry and validation of the data was performed using EpiData 3.0 software. And statistically process was performed using SPSS 21.0. Results There were significant differences in seven kinds of dietary behaviors including foodpairing, daily water consumption, daily sleep duration, meal duration, frequency of eating fried foods, drinking habits, exercise frequency between the male and female students in these(P<0.05). There are 504 (50.3%) students with irregular breakfast habits. The result of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in gender, grade, sleep latency, daily sleep duration and living expenses between the students with different habits of breakfast(P<0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that gender, grade, sleep latency, living expenses were multifactorial influence factors of regular breakfast habits. There were differences between the male and female students in the five types of common sense including types of nutrients necessary for human body, the meaning of balanced diet, methods to prevent obesity, methods to prevent nutritional deficiencies, and the meaning of dietary hygiene. Conclusions Medical students have higher knowledge of nutrition who are lack of good dietary behavior. Targeted health education should be performed in schools, which helps students to form good dietary behavior.
