以问题为基础教学法在急诊科护生实习带教中的应用

摘要:
目的 探讨以问题为基础教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在急诊科护生实习带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年4月至2018年3月采用PBL教学法后在宿迁市第一人民医院急诊科轮转实习的高职护生45名为观察组;选取2016年4月至2017年3月采用PBL教学法前在宿迁市第一人民医院急诊科轮转实习的高职护生25名为对照组,比较两组护生急诊专科知识与技能评分、急诊专科核心能力。结果 观察组护生急诊专科知识与技能评分显著高于对照组护生(P<0-05);观察组护生急诊专科核心能力5个方面评分及总分均高于对照组护生(均P<0-05)。结论 在急诊科高职护生的实习带教中运用PBL教学法有助于提高护生对急诊专科知识与技能的掌握度,提高护生的急诊专科核心能力。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method in practice teaching for nursing interns in Emergency Department.Methods Forty-five nursing interns from Emergency Department who were taught by the method of PBL from April 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled into observation group. And 25 interns who were taught without the method of PBL from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as control group. The scores of professional knowledge and skills as well as the core competence of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of professional knowledge and skills in observation group were higher than those of control group significantly (P<0-05). And the interns in observation group had better core competence compared with the ones in control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0-05). Conclusions PBL teaching method is helpful to increase the professional knowledge and skill, and promote the core competence for vocational nursing interns of Emergency Department, which is worthy of promotion.
