传染病医院护理人员在职教育现状及需求调查分析

摘要:
目的 调查传染病医院护理人员在职教育的现状及需求,为制定效率更高、针对性更强的传染病医院在职教育培训方案提供一定的科学依据。方法 自2017年6月至2018年3月,采用分层抽样的方法,应用自行设计的调查问卷,对江苏省7所三级传染病医院的434名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 69.1%的护理人员参加过学术会议,30.2%进行过院外进修或学习,但仅有18.9%的单位定期举办专业创新继续教育活动。91.7%的护理人员认为参加继续教育很重要。影响继续教育依从性的主要原因是护理人员没有太多时间和精力去自学以及在职继续教育培训的方式太过单调。多元线性回归分析提示,传染病医院护理人员工作应对能力与其是否进行院外研修和所在单位举行创新活动的频次密切相关。结论 传染病医院护理人员在职教育需求及专业创新期望强烈,其在职教育现状有待改善。传染病医院管理者应充分认识在发展转型过程中,在职继续教育对改善医疗护理水平的重要性,探索多种形式的在职继续教育方式,为护理人员提供更多的在职继续教育机会,帮助其更好地适应现代三级传染病医院对护理人员的需求。

Investigation on the needs of in-service education for the nurses in infectious hospital

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the current situation and requirements of education in nurses from infectious diseases hospitals and to provide scientific basis for the development of education training program.Methods From June 2017 to March 2018, totally 434 nurses from 7 tertiary infectious diseases hospital in Jiangsu Province were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire in the method of stratified sampling. Results 69.1% of nurses had attended academic conferences. While 30.2% of the nurses had studied outside the hospital. But only 18.9% of the hospitals held professional innovative continuing education activities regularly. 91.7% of the informant considered continuing education very important. However, they didn’t have enough time to learn. Except that, they thought the in-servce education was so monotonous. The results of multiple linear regression analysis suggested that the coping ability of nurses in infectious disease hospitals was closely related to whether they conducted out-of-hospital training and the frequency of innovation activities holding in their hospitals.Conclusions There is a strong demand for education and professional innovation in the nurses from infectious diseases hospitals. The importance of in-service education should be attached so that various ways of continuing education could be provided.
