新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿应用袋鼠式护理对智力、体格及运动功能的影响分析

摘要:
目的 探究袋鼠式护理干预应用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿中对智力、体格及运动功能的影响。方法 选取我院2014年3月至2016年1月收治的行常规护理干预的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿57例作为对照组,另选取我院2016年2月至2017年12月收治的行袋鼠式护理干预的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿57例作为观察组。对比两组护理前后智力、运动功能发育情况变化及体格增长情况。结果 观察组护理10d、20d、30d后MDI及PDI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1个月后行为能力、主动肌张力、被动肌张力、原始反射及一般反应均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理1个月后头围、体重、身高增长值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 袋鼠式护理干预应用于新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿可有效促进其智力、体格发育,提高运动功能,值得临床推广。

Effect of Kangaroo Nursing Intervention on Intelligence, Physical Fitness and Motor Function in Children with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of kangaroo-type nursing intervention on mental, physical and motor function in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Fifty-seven neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the control group. The hospital was selected from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital. The line of kangaroo care intervention in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in 57 children was used as the observation group. The changes in mental and motor function development and physical growth before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of MDI and PDI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group on the 10th, 20th, and 30th days of care (P<0.05). The performance ability, active muscle tone, passive muscle tension, and primary reflex were observed in the observation group after 1 month. The general response was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The value of head circumference, weight and height increase in the observation group after 1 month of nursing were all greater than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of kangaroo-type nursing intervention in infants with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can effectively promote the development of their intelligence and physique, and improve their motor function. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
