盆底肌训练结合生物反馈电刺激在产后盆底 功能康复中的应用分析

摘要:
目的探究盆底肌训练结合生物反馈电刺激在产后盆底功能康复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月于盱眙县人民医院住院分娩并于产后42 d复查确诊为盆底功能障碍性疾病的产妇200例,按随机数表随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规康复训练干预;观察组给予盆底肌训练结合生物反馈电刺激干预。对比两组盆底肌张力、性生活质量及尿失禁发生率。结果干预3个月后测评,观察组盆底肌张力优于对照组,性生活质量高于对照组,压力性尿失禁程度也轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论盆底肌训练结合生物反馈电刺激应用于产妇产后盆底功能康复中,可显著改善产妇盆底肌张力,提高其性生活质量,降低产后压力性尿失禁程度。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on the rehabilitation of postpartum pelvic floor function. MethodsA total of 200 parturients with pelvic floor dysfunction diagnosed in Xuyi Peoples Hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups equally.The parturients in control group received the intervention of routine rehabilitation training. The pelvic floor muscle training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation were adopted in observation group. The pelvic floor muscle tension, quality of sexual life and incidence of urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 3 months of intervention, the pelvic floor muscle tension of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The quality of sexual life was higher than that of the control group. And the degree of stress urinary incontinence was lower than that of the control group significantly (P<0.05).ConclusionsPelvic floor muscle training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can significantly improve the pelvic floor muscle tension and the quality of sexual life, and reduce the degree of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
