融实训操作与社会服务为一体的康复中心社团对学生就业率及专业对口率影响的研究

摘要:
目的 探索融实训操作与社会服务为一体的康复中心社团对学生专业技能提升和就业中所起的作用。方法 基于产学一体视角,组建融实训操作与社会服务为一体的康复中心社团,选择漳州卫生职业学院2014级和2015级康复治疗技术专业学生72人为研究对象,按自愿原则分为社团组(45人)与非社团组(27人)。通过对比两组学生在就业率、专业对口率及技能大赛获奖的差异,评价组建康复中心社团的价值。结果 社团组学生在就业率(97.8%)、专业对口率(644%)和技能大赛获奖情况(6人)方面均优于非社团组(82.6%,29.6%,0人),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 融实训操作与社会服务为一体的康复中心社团既增加学生的实操机会,提升专业技能水平,提高学生责任感和使命感,为社会提供有质量有特色的医疗服务,还对提升学生就业率及专业对口率有益。

Effects of rehabilitation centers for the integration of practical training and social services on student employment rate and professional opportunity

Abstract:
Objective This article explores the role of rehabilitation association for the integration of practical training and social services in the improvement of students’ professional skills. Methods From the perspective of industry-education cooperation, rehabilitation association for the integration of practical training and social services was established. Seventy-two students who majored in rehabilitation therapy technology from 2014 to 2017, and the students with the same major from 2015 to 2018 in Zhangzhou Health Vocational College were selected as research objects, All the students were divided into association group (45 students) and non-association group (27 students) following the principle of voluntariness. The employment rates, the corresponding rates and the results of skills competition were compared between the two groups. Results The students in association group performed better than those in non-association group in the rates of employment(97.8% vs 82.6%) and professional corresponding(64.4% vs 29.6%) as well as the results of skills competition(6 vs 0).Conclusions Rehabilitation association for the integration of practical training and social services can improve student employment rate and professional counterpart rate by enhancing the skills of students and improving the sense of responsibilities.
