标准化病人在高血压患者护理实践教学中的应用

摘要:
目的 探讨标准化病人在高血压患者护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取青海卫生职业技术学院护理系2017级助产班40名学生,将学生分为5人1组的小组,共8组。教师撰写高血压患者护理脚本,并对5名标准化病人进行培训。课后问卷调查及半结构式访谈分析学生对标准化病人教学模式的效果。结果 90%以上学生认为这种教学形式可以提高语言表达能力、知识的理解及记忆力、学生的独立思考及自学等方面的能力,95%的学生对标准化病人教学形式满意,并喜欢该教学形式。结论 将标准化病人应用于高血压患者护理的实践教学中,可行且效果很好。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of standardized patients in nursing practice teaching of hypertension patients. Methods Forty students from the Nursing Department of Qinghai Institute of Health Sciences were divided into 5 groups with 8 students in each group. The nursing scripts for standardized patients with hypertension were designed by the teachers. After the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview, the effect of standardized patient teaching model on learning was evaluated. Results More than 90% of the students thought that the ability of language expression, knowledge understanding and memory as well as the capacity for independent thinking could be improved through the application of this teaching model., which 95% of the students satisfied with. Conclusion It is feasible and effective to apply standardized patients to the practice teaching of nursing for hypertension patients.
