临床路径式教学法在儿科神经内科护理实习教学中的应用

摘要:
目的:探索临床路径式教学法在儿科神经内科护理实习教学中的应用效果。 方法:选取2016年8月至2018年6月在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院神经内科病房实习的62名本科护生作为研究对象,2016年8月-2017年2月的32名实习生为对照组,采取传统的实习带教法,2017年3月-2018年6月的30名实习生为实验组,开展临床路径式带教,通过持续五周的专科实习,比较出科时两组学生的专业理论成绩、操作成绩、学生满意度。 结果:两组入科理论成绩无统计学差异(P>0.005)的情况下,实验组出科理论及操作考核成绩分别为92.46±3.36和91.05±2.74,明显优于对照组的88.34±3.56和83.48±4.62,P<0.005;在学生满意度方面,实验组(100.0%)明显优于对照组(84.7%),P<0.005,差异具有统计学意义。 结论:临床路径式教学法可以显著提高护理实习生的临床综合素质,学生满意度高,优于传统教学法,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in pediatric neurology nursing internship. Methods: Samples include 62 nursing students in neurology wards from Children"s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University during August 2016 to June 2018.32 students from August 2016 to February 2017 as the control group, and 30 students from March 2017 to June 2018 as the observation group to carry out clinical pathway teaching. Through five-week internship, the theoretical achievement, practice performance and student satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: There was no significant difference between the observation group and the experimental group in admission theory examination ( P > 0.005). The scores of theoretical and practice examination in the experimental group were 92.46±3.36 and 91.05±2.74, which were significantly better than those in the control group that scores were 88.34±3.56 and 83.48±4.62, P < 0.005. In terms of student satisfaction, the experimental group (100.0%) was significantly better than the control group (84.7%), P < 0.005, which is statistically different. Conclusion: Clinical pathway teaching method can significantly improve students" clinical comprehensive quality and Students" Satisfaction. The clinical pathway teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
