现代学徒制背景下校企共建高职护理企业化课堂的效果观察

摘要:
目的 探讨企业化课堂在高职护理人才培养过程中的作用,为实现校企双主体育人的培养模式提供新思路。方法 基于现代学徒制培养模式,优化培养方案,构建企业化课堂,改革课堂教学模式,并以本校2015级订单培养的护理班36人为试验组,实施企业化课堂,同年级其他平行班级250人为对照组,实施传统人才培养策略。对学生的知识技能、职业人文素养、学生自我评价进行测评以观察其效果。结果 知识技能评价:理论成绩两组差异无统计学意义(t=1.06,P=0.291),客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)成绩试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.620,P<0.001)。职业素养评价:实验组优于对照组(t=5.308,P<0.001)。学生自我评价:实验组学生的职业认同感(t=2.101,P=0.039)、企业归属感(t=18.858,P<0.001)均优于对照组。结论 企业化课堂有助于培养高职护理学生的职业素养和临床思维,增强学生的临床适应性,缩短临床适应期。

Study on the implementation effect of Enterprise Classroom based on the Modern Apprenticeship System in higher vocational nursing education

Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of enterprise-oriented class in the process of nursing talents training, and provide a reference to realize the cultivation mode of "double subject" education in both of college and enterprise. Methods Based on the modern apprenticeship training model, the training program had been optimized, and the enterprise curriculum had been established. and took the nursing class of order training of The students in grade 15 of Quzhou College of Technology were enrolled as the study group where the enterprise-oriented class system was implemented. Two hundred and fifty students were selected from the parallel classes in the same grade as the control group. The traditional talent training strategy was carried out in the control group, The knowledge and skills as well as professional and humanistic qualities of the students were evaluated. . Results There was no significant difference in theoretical scores(t=1.06,P=0.291) between the two groups. However, the OSCE score of experimental group was higher than that of control group (t=5.620,P=0.000). The scores of experimental group were superior to control group(t=5.308,P=0.000). And the students in the experimental group had a better sense of professional identity (t=2.101,P=0.039)and a sense of corporate belonging(t=18.858,P=0.000)than those of the control group. Conclusions The enterprise class is helpful to improve the professional quality and clinical thinking of the nursing students which enhances the students"" clinical adaptability and speed up the transition.
