医药类不同专业学生对中医“知信行”现状调查与分析

摘要:
目的调查分析医药类院校不同专业学生对中医学的认知接纳状况,进而探究其与中医课程设置的关系。 方法利用自编并经信效度检验的针对医药类专业学生的中医知信行问卷,采用整群随机抽样的方法调查江苏省内四所医药类院校不同专业学生,对结果进行描述性统计和方差分析。 结果 共调查3 736人,回收有效问卷3 464份,其中男生456人,女生3 008人。女生的中医知、信、行得分均高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<005);本科学生的知得分高于专科学生,差异有统计学意义(P<005);有健康困惑的学生的知、信得分高于无健康困惑的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<005);不同专业学生中医知、信、行调查得分组间比较差异均有统计学意义,两两分析显示,知得分从高到低依次为:中药﹥康复﹥护理、临床、药学﹥影像。信得分:中药>其他专业;康复、临床、护理>影像。行得分:中药>其他专业;康复>药学、影像;临床、护理>影像,差异均有统计学意义(P<005)。 结论医药类院校不同专业由于课程设置的不同,中医课程的学习情况也各有差异,因而在对中医的认知、中医信念和中医行为状况上也存在着相应的差异。在医药卫生类专业学生中医课程的设置和教学安排中应参考这一结论。

Investigation and analysis about Knowledge-Attitude-Practice of traditional Chinese medicine in modern medicine students

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between cognitive acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine and the curriculum of Chinese Medicine. MethodA selfmade questionnaire on the cognition of KnowledgeAttitudePractice theory with adaptive reliability and validity was used for medical students. The cluster random sampling method was used in four medical colleges of Jiangsu Province. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics and oneway analysis of variance. ResultsSchoolgirls scored higher than schoolboys in the cognition of KnowledgeAttitudePractice theory, while undergraduates scored higher than junior college students in health education(P<005). Students who confused with health had higher scores in knowledge and attitude than those without health problems. There was significant difference on the cognition of KnowledgeAttitudePractice theory between different majors in traditional Chinese medicine(P<005). The awareness degree of the Knowledge theory was as follows: Chinese medicine> rehabilitation> nursing, medicine, pharmacy> medical imaging. The awareness degree of the Attitude theory was as follows: Chinese medicine> other professional; rehabilitation, medicine, nursing> medical imaging. The awareness degree of the Practice theory was as follows: Chinese medicine> other professional; rehabilitation> pharmacy, medical imaging; medicine, nursing> medical imaging(P<005). ConclusionsThe more students who take Chinese medicine courses in school, the higher awareness, understanding and acceptance of traditional Chinese Medicine they have. A certain amount of time as a guarantee is still necessary in order to promote students the theory of traditional Chinese medicine into practice.
